As a Staff Member of Rise, JoAnn has dedicated her life to making a difference, and now she’s taking on a once-in-a-lifetime challenge—the Shark Tank Show Down—to raise funds for RISE Life Services! The more she raises, the greater her chance to dive in with the sharks. But for JoAnn, this isn’t just about the thrill—it’s about the people she loves. 

Well-known all over the Island for her spunk and drive, JoAnn has been a champion for individuals with developmental disabilities, witnessing their strength, resilience, and incredible potential. She’ll never forget the moment she realized that one of the individuals she worked with could read—something no one had known. It was at that moment that she truly understood people with disabilities have limitless abilities when given the chance to shine.
