Supporting Heroes Tri-State Challenge BENEFITING SUPPORTING HEROES
Why Participate?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our fundraising and awareness efforts have been halted. We rely on the generosity of others to support the families of fallen public safety officers.
A friendly virtual competition between the three states covered by Supporting Heroes is a great way to accomplish some of our fundraising goals, and also to bring us together during this trying time.
About the Cause
Supporting Heroes provides financial and social support to the family members of public safety officers, who die in the line of duty, in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, and Missouri.
"Our mission is to honor the service and sacrifice of public safety heroes who give their lives in the line of duty - by caring for the loved ones they leave behind."
This is a friendly challenge between the three states covered by Supporting Heroes.
Supporting Heroes relies on the generosity of others to support the families of fallen public safety officers. The gifts given to the organization are used in fulfilling their mission.
Recent pandemic concerns has limited the ability to raise awareness of the organization, solicit membership, and has increased the number of families we are serving due to COVID-19.
TRI-state challenge details
This challenge will run for one month - from June 1 until July 1. To participate, join the team of the state you live in and then share to your social media to encourage others to join us as well.
We hope this is a fun way for us to come together during a time where we can't physically be together.
