About Skagit 2024 Stop Traffic Walk

The Stop Traffic Walk raises funds for one of the nation’s largest human trafficking rescue and rehabilitation operation in North America, Where Hope Lives. The funds you raise through Stop Traffic Walk will help rescue trafficked individuals and give them the skills necessary to build a strong and vibrant life.

The Stop Traffic Walk event will be at 10:00am-1:00pm on August 10th. Length of walk is approximately 1 mile. Bring your grills or anything else you want to lunch because after the walk we will have a tailgate party at Radius Church!

There is a $10 registration fee to cover the costs of the T-shirts so that 100% of your fundraising goes to this cause. Kids 12&under walk for free UNLESS they want to have their own fundraising account and/or want a t-shirt.  This is your time to take a stand for the injustice that is taking place today and also show your support for those who have survived.

Why Participate?

HUMAN TRAFFICKING is modern-day slavery and it’s believed to be the third-largest criminal activity in the world. There are an estimated 40 million victims of human trafficking, globally.
