In March 2020, many of us were faced with challenges unlike any other time in history. What began as a joke among colleagues about teaching our children at home, quickly became an organization comprised of individual family tribes that have worked collaboratively and cooperatively to support each other and the wider community. Our efforts have led to over $400K worth of sweat equity and donations that contribute to policy, programming, and productions.
The Academy of Excellence, Inc. works to identify and meet students’ individual educational needs by creating opportunities to learn in innovative and organic ways; in an effort to engage, educate, and empower students and families.
