More than 10,000 children living in Canada are battling cancer right now. These children and their families still need our support more than ever.

At Childhood Cancer Canada, we support children and their families through a variety of programs and funding such as our Empower Packs, the Survivorship Scholarship, the Benevolent Fund, our new COVID-19 Emergency Fund, and more. We are also the primary charitable funder of clinical trials and childhood cancer research for C17 (Children's Cancers & Blood Disorders).

With your help, we can continue to provide support, programs, and fund research for our families who need our assistance now more than ever.

How to join Snipping for Hope

Snipping for Hope is a new fundraising challenge that will raise funds for kids with cancer. If you’d like to participate, simply:

Join the challenge and set up your own fundraising page.
Set a date and cut or shave your hair at home, either by yourself or by a willing family member. Feel free to get creative and change it up - shave a beard, donate your cut hair, wear fancy clips, or dye or paint your head!
Take photos, video, or perhaps go LIVE, and share your challenge on your social channels.
Then tag and nominate your friends and family to snip their hair or donate – or better yet both!

Share your photos and videos on social media and through your fundraising page while using the hashtags #SnippingForHope #SnipOrDonate. And don’t forget to tag us so that we can share your awesome cuts!
