On Friday, April 23, students at St. Teresa's Academy will celebrate the Stars Walk-of-Fame and Color Throw. Students love this fun tradition that includes music, festivities and a one-mile walk. The event ends with a shower of colored powder filling the air! It is a celebration of all students, and also a unique time for underclassmen to cheer on the soon-to-be graduating seniors.
Proceeds will support STA's mission to educate young women to think critically, encourage them through Catholic values to love the dear neighbor without distinction, and empower them to change the world.
We welcome and appreciate your support as the students are the creative energy behind this memorable event and fundraising effort!
As a student at STA, you are an important part of Kansas City's oldest educational institution. You are one of approximately 600 young women to walk through these halls every year, with the goal of eventually graduating and realizing STA's vision for you: to make a profound impact in the world.
Your participation will help ensure students like you have an opportunity to continue in your footsteps and to realize their dreams.
Thank you, and enjoy the Walk of Fame and surrounding events!
