2022 HAE IN-MOTION® Step it up for HAE

The 2022 HAE IN-MOTION® - Step it up for HAE event is an eight week-long community virtual walk, run, or ride that allows you to log in your miles and share your journey directly on our site! By participating, you will help us reach our target of 50,000 miles by July 31, 2022, and raise funds in support of HAEA Research Fund, and the mission of the HAEA.

The 2022 HAE IN-MOTION® - Step it up for HAE event allows participants to add their miles with others from around the country. We also have created several activities to keep you motivated throughout the event.

Why Participate?

Your participation in the 2022 HAE IN-MOTION® - Step it up for HAE event benefits everyone in the HAE community. This is a national event; supporting the US Hereditary Angioedema Association (HAEA), increasing awareness of Hereditary Angioedema (HAE), and providing an opportunity for the HAE community to work together in a fun and collaborative way. As awareness of HAE grows, the likelihood of finding a physician aware of HAE increases leading to shorter time to diagnosis and better care. 

How Your Support Makes a Difference:

Funds raised through the 2022 HAE IN-MOTION® - Step it up for HAE event will support the HAEA Research Fund, and the mission of the HAEA.

Your charitable contribution to the HAEA helps our organization provide a wide range of services to patients and their families. With your support, we can bolster our HAE research. Contributions to the HAEA are tax-deductible.

Is there a cost to participate?

There is no cost to participate in the 2022 HAE IN-MOTION® - Step it up for HAE event! You can participate as an individual or a team, and can share your journey on the website, or by sharing on your favorite social media platform. Whichever way you choose to participate, make sure to invite your friends and family members to join you! Individuals and teams will have the opportunity to fundraise through the website.
