Karter is a true inspiration to all those he meets. He teaches us all everyday that we can do anything we put our minds to. Karter has no boundaries and no limitations, he can do whatever he sets his mind to. He loves unconditionally and is always making people laugh or smile. His family is his world especially his sisters who he would do anything for!

Giving up is not in his vocabulary!
