Catch A Lift programs are supported by people just like you.  Students, retirees, and everyone in between can choose their own way to spread awareness of and raise funds for CAL's mission to help combat-injured veterans heal holistically through fitness, wellness, nutrition and community engagement.  

Races, walk-a-thons, rock climbs, hikes, etc. - any event can be the cornerstone of fundraising and awareness building.  Register and create your own custom page to describe what you're doing to test your mettle to help support CAL.  Share your page and raise funds from friends and family!

Fitness is more than just getting fit...

Your generosity provides CAL veterans with gym memberships, home equipment, coaching, programming, nutritional guidance, and a whole lot more.  But that's just the beginning for the thousands of combat injured veterans we serve.
At CAL, we understand that focusing on fitness leads to holistic healing and recovery, eases symptoms of traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress and depression, reduces reliance on pharmaceuticals, rebuilds self-reliance, and allows veterans to reengage with other veterans, their families, and their communities.
