Support CAL Your Way Challenge supporting Catch A Lift Fund

On Memorial Day, Monday, May 29th, Carozza Fitness is celebrating our 25th anniversary and hosting our annual Murph workout challenge! All are invited, and there's no cost to sweat through this great workout, but we encourage donations to support the Catch A Lift Fund, a 501c(3) non-profit that helps combat injured veterans heal through fitness, wellness, nutrition and community - over 9,000 and counting!. All funds raised go to support men and women who have sacrificed so much.
The Murph Hero Workout consists of a one mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and another one mile run, all while wearing a twenty pound vest. Modified and scaled options will be available, so anyone can get in a great and challenging workout!
