JOIN TEAM 'Running for respite'

at the 2nd annual International Taste Festival 5k & 10K

APRIL 1, 2023 AT THE NYS FAIRGROUNDS IN SYRACUSE

Runners who join team 'Running For Respite' know that it takes dedication to cross the finish line. As one of our team members, you will commit to raising at least $500 for David's Refuge, get a free registration, and most importantly bring respite and wellness to caregivers!

Runners will receive a free ticket to the International Taste Festival at the New York State Fairgrounds-Center of Progress Building that starts immediately following the race events. We invite you to make a whole day of it on Saturday April 1st, starting with a run in the morning followed by a fun filled afternoon with food and entertainment from around the globe.

An awards ceremony with $2000 in award certificates will kick off the start of the food festival and stick around or come back for fireworks in the evening!

Whether you're a die-hard runner or simply want to get active while making a difference, joining team 'Running For Respite' is a great way to do it.
