JOIN TEAM 'Running for respite'

at this year's International Taste Festival 5k & 10K

APRIL 9, 2022 AT THE NYS FAIRGROUNDS IN SYRACUSE

Runners who join team 'Running For Respite' know that it takes dedication to cross the finish line. As one of our team members, you will commit to raising at least $500 for David's Refuge, get a free registration, and most importantly bring respite and wellness to caregivers!

The International Taste Festival is a new and exciting event, premiering in the Central New York area, at the New York State Fairgrounds-Exposition Center Sat 4/9 - Sun 4/10. We invite you to make a whole day of it on Saturday April 9th, starting with a run in the morning. The 5K will stay within the fairgrounds while the 10K will bring you to the Empire Trail for a portion of the run.

To keep you moving and motivated, there will be live music, with an international flair, on both courses!

An awards ceremony with $6000 in awards certificates will kick off the start of the food festival on that day. There will also be fireworks in evening!

Whether you're a die hard runner or simply want to get active while making a difference, joining team 'Running For Respite' is a great way to do it.
