For more than a decade, an unstoppable group of runners known as Team MCCP has laced up their sneakers with one powerful mission: to support the brave patients and families receiving life-saving care at Maine Children’s Cancer Program (MCCP). This inspiring team includes everyone from grateful families and MCCP caregivers to everyday community heroes—just like you—who want to go the distance to make a real difference in the lives of local children facing unimaginable health battles.

Now it’s your turn to join the movement.

Whether you're a marathon veteran or brand new to race day, there’s a spot for YOU on Team MCCP! Choose your challenge:

💥 Full Marathon - 26.2 miles

💥 Half Marathon - 13.1 miles

💥 4-Person Relay - run designated legs of the Maine marathon

💥 Most people run, but each year we have a few people who walk the half marathon, too.

No matter which race you run, you’ll be part of something bigger: a team committed to hope, healing, and a future without childhood cancer.

After you’ve signed up, join Team MCCP for FREE by following the prompts on this page. Relay teams can register together (limit 4 members).
Create and personalize your fundraising page—share your “why” and add a photo!
Spread the word! Use social media, email, texts, or even a phone call to let your circle know you’re running for Team MCCP and ask them to support your fundraising.
Meet us at the starting line on Sunday, October 5—and run with purpose, passion, and power.
