For over a decade, a dedicated group of runners known as Team MCCP have come together to run in the Maine Marathon with one common goal: to support the patients and families receiving life-saving care at Maine Children's Cancer Program. This special team is made up of patients' loved ones, MCCP caregivers and clinicians, and selfless community members who simply want to make a meaningful difference for local kids facing unfathomable challenges.
By joining forces with Team MCCP, you’ll be uniting with like-minded individuals who have a passion for running and making an impact within our community. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer, there's a race for everyone: choose from the relay, half marathon, or go the distance with the full marathon!
