Join Team MCCP for the 2024 Maine Marathon on Sunday, October 6!

For over a decade, a dedicated group of runners known as Team MCCP have come together to run in the Maine Marathon with one common goal: to support the patients and families receiving life-saving care at Maine Children's Cancer Program. This special team is made up of patients' loved ones, MCCP caregivers and clinicians, and selfless community members who simply want to make a meaningful difference for local kids facing unfathomable challenges.

By joining forces with Team MCCP, you’ll be uniting with like-minded individuals who have a passion for running and making an impact within our community. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer, there's a race for everyone: choose from the relay, half marathon, or go the distance with the full marathon!

Ready to make your miles matter? Follow the steps below to join Team MCCP, set up your fundraising page and hit the ground running (literally!) to make a difference for local children fighting cancer and blood disorders.

Once you’ve signed up for the Maine Marathon, join Team MCCP for free by following any of the registration prompts on this page. There is a team registration option available for relay teams (please note that these teams are capped at 4 members).
Personalize your fundraising page with your reason for joining Team MCCP and a photo of yourself.
Share, share, share! Take to social media, email, texts, or even good old fashioned phone calls to let your friends, family, and colleagues know that you’re running with Team MCCP and ask them to support your efforts by making a donation of any size to your page.
