Tip Off to Transportation: Bridges Society at the Cavoli Barn supporting United Way of the Capital Region

United Way of the Capital Region's Road to Success initiative helps people find - and keep - jobs with opportunities for advancement. The greatest barrier is transportation. That's where you come in. By donating you will help United Way purchase a car through Hope Rides, a new program in partnership with New Hope Ministries. The car will be used by participants in our Road to Success initiative who live in Cumberland and Perry counties.

Do you know the greatest barrier to getting and staying employed? Yes. It's transportation. We live in a diverse community where cars are needed to work night and weekend shifts as well as work for companies located outside of bus routes. Through this campaign, you can help United Way of the Capital Region purchase a car to add to the fleet of cars at Hope Rides, a new program with New Hope Ministries.
