How much does it cost to register? 

• 5k Timed Participant: $40
• 5k Untimed Participant: $35
• Proud In the Crowd: $30 
• This registration is for people who don't want to run, but still want to participate in the festivities! 
• Dash Kids Dash: $25

Where can I pick up my packet?

Packet pickup will take place at Fleet Feet (278 Harvey St. Winston-Salem) on Friday, April 22 from 3-7pm.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are allowed at this event.

Will lunch be provided?

We will not be serving lunch at the event this year. You are encouraged to pack your own picnic for Music in the Park or explore the vibrant area around the park for a post-race lunch.

Can I bring a stroller?

Strollers are permitted.

Where do I park?

There are several parking areas around the event. A parking map will be included in your race packet.

What if there is rain?

This is a rain or shine event.
