  3. Why are some donations not showing up on my Memorial or In Honor page?
This happens for a few reasons:
    • Your supporter didn’t donate directly on your Memorial/In Honor page, so it wasn’t linked to your personalized page. Reach out to us, and we can connect that donation if it was made within the Memorial/In Honor donation platform.
    • Your supporter chose the option not to be listed.
  4. What is the difference between my Personal Fundraising page and my Memorial or In Honor Page?
The Personal Fundraising page is your main account page, where donations go directly to the cause as a general donation. Your personalized Memorial or In Honor page collects donations toward your specific fundraiser created for the cause.

From the “Create Your Memorial or In Honor page” under your navigation panel, copy the blue link and send it to others by text, email, or social media. Suggested text for sharing your Memorial or In Honor page can be found under "Sample Messaging" in the Fundraising tab.
