Making your physical and mental health a priority is more important now than ever. And with social distancing measures, being intentional about self care is something we can all do to navigate changes in our environment.

The American Psychological Association has shared a number of best practices for mental health care during challenging circumstances, one of which is maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

People with and without disabilities should find ways to move and exercise, as well as eat well and get enough sleep to help cope with the stresses of daily life and pandemic challenges.

Complete your miles in any way you choose! Inside or outside; alone or together; online and off you can encourage your Push, Paddle or Pedal team and other friends and family to make physical activity a priority in their day. We encourage you to download and use the STRAVA app to log your activity miles - you can join our challenge here.
