40th Annual Thanksgiving Basket Program

Each year, the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC), in partnership with Brown’s Family ShopRite - and the 80+ community and civic organizations who participate - gather together to join the fight against hunger during the Thanksgiving Season.

For 40 years, UAC has been a pillar of support during the holiday season, providing warmth, nourishment, and hope to those in need across Philadelphia through our Thanksgiving Basket Program. Our program has touched thousands of lives, fostering unity and compassion throughout our city. 

We are committed to continuing to help fight hunger across the Philadelphia region this holiday season. But we can't do it alone. Your time, donations, and generosity are the driving force behind our efforts. They directly support families in need and bring hope into their lives. Today, we invite you to become part of our mission to provide 2,000 thanksgiving meals to families in need.
