About Oliver Talk- Fall Reset For Your Whole Self

You’re invited to join UHCCF for our quarterly virtual “Oliver Talk” session. This quarter we are thrilled to present Lindsey Heiserman who will share with you tips around the decision to "keep, toss, or donate," engaging in a reset of all aspects of your life. Learn to choose what is currently serving you and what is not, a reset for your whole self!

The major takeaway will be understanding how to adjust your expectations and barriers in order to accomplish what really matters in life. You will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and a more clear vision of your future and the way to get there!

Lindsey is a dynamic speaker, life & business coach and personal trainer. She has over 15 years experience working with humans on their mental, emotional and physical health. Her passion is helping you to create the life you actually want and to be your partner in building it.

She completed her undergraduate degree at Truman State University with a focus in exercise physiology and her Master's in Psychotherapy and Career Coaching from Adler Graduate School. She also holds a Professional Life Coaching certification.

When not working with clients or speaking, you can find her training for and competing in obstacle course racing, adventuring and traveling around the country, drinking coffee, and loving the cold Minnesota winters.

Your $20 registration fee for this Oliver Talk session helps fund UHCCF medical grants for children.

How Your Support Makes A Difference

Your support of UHCCF helps children like Alex,7 and Nicolas,7  from  St. Johns Florida.  These super hero brothers love spending time together, playing, and living their best life.  Alex was born with Down Syndrome and Nicolas suffers from chronic ear infections, which needed surgery to correct.  With the help from a UHCCF grant, Nicolas was able to have the surgery he needed to be able to hear clearly and Alex is able to receive ongoing speech therapy to help him communicate with his family, and his best friend, Nicolas!
