If you are a UnitedHealth Group, UnitedHealthcare or Optum employee your donation is eligible to be matched by The United Health Foundation. When you made your donation, if you answered 'Yes' to the match consent question we will submit the match request for you and add the amount to the fundraising page you made the donation to. If you answered 'No' you can submit your receipt from OneCause to have your donation matched. To submit your match through the United Giving Portal click here. Please include March Madness Fanatic Photo Frenzy and the region in the comments of your match request to ensure it is allocated correctly. Once you’ve submitted your match request, email a copy of the confirmation to customerservice@uhccf.org and we will add the amount to their fundraising page you made the donation to. Please note the region you are registered under in the subject line when sending your donation confirmation.
