Below are answers to some common questions:
Q Why are donations being reflected on my teams page but not my individual page?
A Donations can be made towards a team without having to specify a team member. Any funds brought in that specify you as the team member will be reflected on your individual page. This can be chosen by the donor when making their donation.
Q What does it mean to be a Team Leader?
A If you are designated as a team leader on your team page, you are the only one able to make changes and updates to that page. There can be multiple team leaders.
Q When does registration close?
A Registration closes on Sept. 24 at 12:00 p.m. EST. If you have not registered before that time you will have to wait to register at the event and there will be an increased registration fee of $25.00.
Q Can I get a refund for registration if I can no longer attend the Walk.
A We do NOT refund registration fees.
Q I received a donation check. Where should I mail it?
A Checks can be made out to "UMass Cancer Walk" and sent to: UMass Chan Medical School, Attn: Gift Processing, Office of Advancement, 55 Lake Avenue North, Suite S1-117, Worcester, MA 01655.
