The Washington Area Humane Society (WAHS) provides lifesaving support to nearly 6,000 pets each year in Washington County, PA through intakes, adoptions, foster placements, humane investigations, a community pet food bank, spay and neuter services, low-cost vaccination clinics, supportive veterinary care, and education and outreach.
In support of "Be Kind to Animals" month, donations made to the WAHS on Thursday, May 8, 2025 will be matched up to $15,000 by Cranberry Psychological Center, Diana Reed & Mary Adkins, and an anonymous donor. Do something kind for a homeless pet by making a donation - any gift amount makes a difference!
