Registration opens at 6:30AM, we recommend you arrive no later than that time to avoid long lines.
Because this is an event to support Caring for Miami it is serperate ticket for you and your family to participate.
After the walk we will gather together at our designated meeting site and celebrate comming together to Care For Miami. Afterwards we will have some booths you can visit from some of our Sponsors and Donors and then enjoy the rest of your day at the zoo.
Please plan accordingly to have your child with you. We will not provide child care.
Yes, we will allow same day registration with a higher cost and possibly no event t-shirt.
According to Zoo Miami you are not allowed to bring pets. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcomed.
(While Emotional Support Animals or Comfort Animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are not considered service animals under the ADA).
All event attendees can park right by Asia Field, This is located on the left side when driving into the Zoo. It is located in between the Main Entrance and Biotech. We will also have a parking team on site guiding you.
Yes! We encourage everyone to visit our office on Wednesday 4/8 - Friday 4/10 between 9AM - 4PM
Each person that signed up for the event will receive a Walk Packet. You will have a draw-string bag, a shirt, a sticker hunt pack, and a few informational items.
While this isn't a run event, if you choose to run we suggest that you arrive earlier and make your way to the front of the line.
