Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class for all levels of experience to relieve stress and create a moment of mindfulness.
The physical movements in yoga can support your mental health as well as physical fitness. This class combines gentle flow yoga with breath work to center your mind and reduce stress.
We are offering two complimentary classes on Wednesday, November 19, 2025:
• 5:30p to 6:30p
• 7:00p to 8:00p

Participants should prepare for class by bringing a water bottle and yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and move in freely. Classes are 1 hour in length and we ask that each person only register for one of our two classes to enable more of the community to participate.
