Fairway Cares has launched this initiative to reach people who are facing a critical illness, lose of a loved one or sustained a physical injury.
Take a picture of the artwork and submit it on this website, creating your own page.
A winner will be selected from each category: K-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, 6th-8th grade, 9th-12th grade. Prizes will be awarded.
$20 Registration fee
Need to register more than one child - Log Out and click REGISTER again.
One submission per child.
All artwork must be submitted by Tuesday, February 27th 11:59pm.
Artwork will be judged by the Fairway Cares Team.
Winners will be announced March 1st on website and Friday call.
The winning artwork will be used to create cards in our care packages.
Original artwork needs to be mailed to: Fairway Cares, 4750 Biltmore Lane, Madison, WI 53718.
By submitting the artwork you are giving Fairway Cares permission to use the creation in cards and other materials.
