Young Americans Center for Financial Education Memorial Gifts

Giving a Gift in Honor or Memory of Someone

Creating a page in honor or memory of a family member or friend is an extraordinary way to honor someone special in your life while supporting hands-on financial education for youth across Colorado.

About the Cause

Young Americans Center for Financial Education is a nonprofit organization committed to developing the financial literacy of young people (up to age 22), through real life experiences and hands-on programs.

Educating more than 70,000 youth every year, we fulfill our mission by offering programs that complement and reinforce each other to build life skills, work skills and financial self-sufficiency.

These include Young AmeriTowne, International Towne, Money Matters classes, YouthBiz, summer camps and more. In addition, Young Americans houses the only real bank in the world for young people, Young Americans Bank, which shares the same educational mission: teaching children to be financially responsible.

Creating a Tribute Page is a simple yet meaningful way to honor or memorialize a family member or friend and support the mission of Young Americans Center for Financial Education. It celebrates their life or honors their memory, and provides education and resources to the next generation of youth.

A Memorial or Tribute Page allows you to share your loved one’s story with friends and family regardless of whether they live in your hometown or in other parts of the world. Visitors to your page can take action by making a donation in lieu of gifts or flowers, posting messages of encouragement, or by sharing your page with their friends.

Our staff members are always here to help you set up and manage your page. If you have any questions, please contact Betsy Sklar at bsklar@yacenter.org.
