$5,000 – Presenting Sponsor
Be the Presenting Sponsor of The Monarch Walk!
  • Inclusion of organization’s name and/or logo as part of event title (i.e. “ACME Company presents The Monarch Walk benefiting RGA”) on all press releases, marketing pieces, etc.
  • Prominent placement of logo, tag line, website, etc. on Walk t-shirts
  • Logo inclusion on all marketing pieces such as event website, brochure, all e-mail blasts, social media promotions, etc.
  • Exclusive representation of logo on starting line banner
  • Verbal recognition during the event-day presentation
  • Prominent signage throughout the venue and one-mile walking path
  • A table at the event to provide attendees with any marketing materials and information with the option to staff this table with your organization’s team.

$4,000 – Bigfoot VIW Section Sponsor

Support those with the largest RGA footprint!  Be the exclusive sponsor of the VIW (Very Important Walker) tent, dedicated to those teams that raise $5,000 or more.

  • Exclusive signage at the VIW section on event day
  • Exclusive mention on all press, social media and marketing efforts as the “Presenting Sponsor” of the VIW section.
  • Prominent placement on all event signage and event t-shirt.
  • The opportunity to have a table inside of the VIW section to provide event attendees with any marketing materials and information with the option to staff this table with your organization’s team.

After Party Presenting Sponsor - $1,500

Keep the party going!  Be the Presenting Sponsor of the After Party and help the people we support and our Walk participants celebrate.

  • Exclusive signage at the After Party
  • Mention on all press, marketing, social media and other event promotional materials as the After Party Presenting Sponsor
  • Prominent placement on Walk t-shirt
  • Opportunity to have a company table during the entire Walk event to distribute any marketing and/or promotional items.  Can be staffed by your own team.

Footprint Sponsor - $1,000

We need your help to ensure that The Walk produces the biggest footprint possible for the people we support!  

  • Logo inclusion on event website, social media, t-shirt and event day signage
  • Opportunity to have a company table during the entire Walk event to distribute any marketing and/or promotional items.  Can be staffed by your own team.
  • 2 Event T-Shirts

$500 – Volunteer Care Sponsor

Our volunteers work hard to make the event a success – help give back to them!

  • Exclusive signage at volunteer registration and tent
  • Verbal recognition during the event-day presentation
  • Listed as Volunteer Care Sponsor on all Monarch Walk promotional materials including website, brochure, social media and event-day signage
  • Inclusion on t-shirt
  • Inclusion of logo/website, etc. on all e-mails sent to prospective and confirmed Monarch Walk volunteers

$500 – Music Sponsor

Don’t you love to dance? The people we support do! Be the sponsor of the After Party DJ and keep the music alive!

  • Verbal recognition multiple times made by the DJ
  • Exclusive signage on the DJ’s table
  • Logo on event t-shirt
  • Inclusion on event website and day-of signage
  • 1 Event T-Shirt

$250 – Water Stop Sponsor

Keep our walkers hydrated!

  • Inclusion on water stop signs
  • Inclusion on event-day “Welcome” banner
  • Inclusion on event website

$100 – Walking Path sponsor

Entertain our walkers on the one-mile path!

  • Logo, website, etc. on lawn sign, placed along one-mile path on event-day
