Embracing music, engaging community, enriching lives...
We know that music has the power to bring people together, to make our community healthier and to improve the quality of life for our neighbors. The ICC’s Sing-A-Thon gives us all a chance to show everyone in our community the power of music and the benefits that can come from making music all while raising money for our programs and outreach efforts throughout the year.
On Saturday, October 24, 2020, ICC current singers, parents, alumni, supporters, friends corporate partners and other community members will come together via a live broadcast on the ICC website and Facebook page. Participants will sing and make music as part of teams, as individuals and as part of a Family Sing experience. There will also be special Sing-A-Thon exclusive programming throughout the day, including conversations with directors, alumni, and professional musicians, as well as behind-the-scenes looks at our Fall concert!
Here are ways that you can participate:
- Join or form a fundraising team
- Give individually or ask friends or family to do the same
- Sing individually or as a group; audition required
Ex: duets, trios, quartets, or large choral groups
- Help spread the word on social media using #ICCSingathon
*Due to COVID-19, singing performances for this Sing-A-Thon will be submitted as videos instead performed live in-person. You do not need to sing to participate!
The more you fundraise the more points you'll earn towards cool prizes and the more you'll help your team and our mission.
