Women Swimmin' for Hospicare is a community event that raises money for Hospicare & Palliative Care Services.
This will be my seventh year of participating in Women Swimmin' for Hospicare and I am so grateful to the many sponsors who have supported my efforts over the years to raise money for this worthy cause. This year will be very special, as my daughter Liz will be joining me in the 1.2 mile swim across the lake. Don will be kayaking again this year so this swim is becoming a real family affair! Our fundraising efforts have a huge impact on the resources available for Hospicare to provide compassionate end-of-life care. I'm proud to be involved in this special community event and grateful to be able to participate.
