Wow, the 20th Women Swimmin' for Hospicare swim!

Swim Day Schedule - We are excited to see everyone on Saturday, August 12th for Swim Day. Swim Day schedule can be found here.
Cancellations - Check Facebook for last minute cancellations due to weather or HABS. In the event of a high wind, rain, or HABs cancelation, there will be no party.
Packet Pick-Ups - For swimmers, Go the Distancers, and volunteers, are this week at Hospicare (172 East King Rd.)

Thursday 8/10 5:00PM - 7:00PM

A local meteorologist is monitoring the weather for the area around IYC for the time period of the swim. HABs (Harmful Algae Blooms) reports will be shared on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with The Safety Team. A final determination to cancel/postpone the swim no later than 6:30AM on Saturday August 12, 2023.

Go the Distance and Women Swimmin' for Hospicare is a fundraising event that supports the expert, compassionate care which Hospicare & Palliative Care Services brings to patients and their loved ones at any stage of a life-limiting illness and/or following a death. This event raises funds and provides information and education about the agency and its mission in a manner that is inclusive, fun, and consistent with Hospicare’s ideal of respect for all people.
