Women Swimmin' for Hospicare is a community event that raises money for Hospicare & Palliative Care Services.
I am swimming again to raise funds for Hospicare. I know first hand the support they provide to patients and families. I am grateful for all of the support they have given my friends and family during thier time in need. Please consider supporting Hospicare by supporting my swim for Women Swimmin'.
