Exhibitor Opportunity

Please join us for our 25th Annual Down Syndrome Association of South Texas Walk & Stroll on Saturday, October 25th, 2025!

Walk exhibitors play a vital role in providing information, products, and services to our community. This opportunity provides access to parents, service providers, professionals, families, and individuals with Down syndrome and their friends. Exhibitors will get the chance to take part in a critical exchange of information and encouragement that will stay with participants throughout the year.

WHO WILL ATTEND?

Past years have brought over 3,000 walkers who represent a wide market from all over South Texas, which will include:

• Individuals with Down syndrome and their families

• Physicians, nurses, and clinicians

• Educators, social workers, counselors, therapists, and service providers

• Anyone with an interest in supporting individuals with Down syndrome and other special needs

HOW DO YOU BECOME AN EXHIBITOR?

Non-Profit Exhibitor Registration Fee: $50

For-Profit/Company Exhibitor Registration Fee: $100

If paying by cash or check:

  • Fill out and enclose the completed application with payment and send by mail.

*Exhibitors will be provided with a 6-foot table and two chairs. Lunch will be provided for ONLY two representatives. Please note, there will not be any access to power, as this is an outdoor event. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a tent/canopy and other items for your area.*
