Do you have to be registered to attend?
Yes, please make sure all your friends and family who plan on attending register online.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Check-in at the Registration Tent to pick up your bib and participant bag.
Bibs
You will pick up your walk bib (worn on the FRONT of your shirt) at registration when you check in.
Check-in begins at 6:30 AM
Get there early to enjoy all our activities!
Timed Runners
This year we will have a certified timed run. The fee is $35 and the run will start at 7:30 AM.
Virtual participants
If you’re joining from your own community: At 8:45 AM, you can tune in to the live-streamed ceremony on our Facebook group here, before enjoying your local walk with family and friends. Post and tag your photos when you’re out and about with #Knowovarian.
Team packet pick-up
T-shirts can be picked up at the Registration Tent. If you have a team of 10 or more people, we will BUNDLE your team shirts and have them available prior to the event- please send ONE person from your team to pick up from the registration tent. To schedule your pick up prior to the event please contact mountainregion@ovarian.org

Survivor Tent
We welcome anyone who has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer to join us at our Survivor Celebration Tent. Receive your commemorative t-shirt, leave your handprint on our annual Survivor Banner, and grab your teal beads and ribbon wands for the opening ceremony. Chance to Win Tent
Shop for our cause! Whether you're looking for the perfect holiday gift or want to treat yourself to something special, here you'll be able to take your chance on some incredible prizes. Plan on high-spirited fun at the silent auction and raffle. Win some amazing items donated by local businesses. Bids and ticker sales begin at 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Cost: 3 tickets for $5.00 and 19 tickets for $20.00. We accept credit cards, cash, and checks. You must be present to win. Winners will be placed on the winner's board at 11:30 AM.

Forever in Our Hearts Tent
Join us in a heartfelt tribute as we remember our loved ones who bravely faced ovarian cancer. We invite our legacy family members to bring a special photo to be displayed in our remembrance tent and, if you feel comfortable doing so, share a personal note. Together, we honor their lives and their everlasting presence in our hearts.
VIP Tent
Individuals who raise $1000 or more are given entrance to the VIP area (adjacent to Team Village), where you are treated to food drinks throughout the festivities.
Team Village
The top 2024 fundraising teams who raise $10,000 or more will receive their own 10x10 tent, tables and chairs in the Team Village. Teams that raise $5000 or more will have their owned reserved table and chairs. Snacks, drinks, and front row seating for opening ceremony will be included as well.There will be a place near the festivities for other teams to meet and gather!
Mission Village
We invite you to explore Mission Village and learn more about the critical work being done in your community and beyond to support survivors, caregivers, and loved ones.
2024 Together in TEAL T-Shirts
All registered participants who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a 2024 Together in TEAL® event t-shirt.
All registered survivors will receive a special survivor t-shirt celebrating and honoring their role in our 2024 Together in TEAL ® event regardless of fundraising level. Registered survivors who raise $100 or more will receive two t-shirts - a TEAL survivor t-shirt and 2024 Together in TEAL® event t-shirt.
You will pick up your t-shirt at the Registration Tent (for those who have fundraised $100+).
There will be opportunities to pick up t-shirts ahead of the event. Details coming soon.
