Bike the Bridges & Brewfest Logistics

Saturday, Oct. 1, in Benicia

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, Oct. 1, for the 13th annual Bike the Bridges & Brewfest fundraiser! Below are details about the day-of-event experience.

Location & Parking

Check-in for Bike the Bridges & Brewfest, plus the Brewfest itself, is located at:

1st Street Green Park
Corner of 1st and E B St., Benicia, CA 94510

Parking Information
Parking in Downtown Benicia is very limited and we highly encourage you to arrive early and carpool as much as possible. Please review the parking map for quick reference prior to event date.

Bike the Bridges Check-In

Please allow extra time for parking and the registration process. Riders will also receive their T-shirt and commemorative pint glass. Any additional fundraising incentives will be mailed out after the event.

View our Event Schedule for specific check-in times based on your cycling distance. If you did pick up your materials early, you do not need to check in on Saturday morning.

Bike the Bridges Info

View routes and available rest stops via our Route Maps. First aid and support vehicles will be traveling throughout the route (look out for Bike the Bridges vehicles and law enforcement vehicles). You can begin your ride early, if you'd like, but support and rest stops will only be set up for the predetermined times and routes. The Brewfest will not begin until 11:30 a.m.

We will not have lockers or storage on site, so please leave anything that you don't need for the ride in your car. Please don't leave any valuables visible in your vehicle.

Walkups are welcome for any of the cycling routes. Prices increase by $5 per distance for day-of-event registration. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Brewfest Check-In & Info

The Brewfest will be hosted from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1st Street Green Park. There will be a Brewfest check-in area for riders returning from their routes and individual Brewfest guests. Everyone must be 21+ and have a valid ID to receive a wristband and enter the Brewfest.

We will have more than a dozen local breweries and food trucks, plus a barbecue lunch exclusively for registered riders. Bring a lawn chair to enjoy live music from The Real Thang and Lumberyard. Registered Bike the Bridges riders (21+) will receive free entry into the Brewfest, but still must check in. Invite your friends and family! Additional Brewfest tickets are still available for $40, and increase to $45 as walk-ups.
