Timeline

8:30 am: Check-in will open, and participants will be given an assignment of group number
9:00 am: Pledge of Allegiance and Opening Remarks by Veteran Members
9:20 am: Warm-ups begin, after the warmup, you will go to the first station with your group. Your group will move through seven stations in total, spending roughly 5 minutes working out in each station. The workouts will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
10:40 am: Cooldown/stretching session.
11:00 am: Lunch provided by Rock Salt Grill
