Speakers
Sandi Brettler has been a neuroscience nurse for almost 40 years. She graduated with a BSN from Bloomsburg University and MSN from Thomas Jefferson University as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with a specialty in critical care and neuroscience. She is currently a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Department of Neurosurgery at Penn State Health – Hershey Medical Center
Cathy Prescott is a member of the Neuromuscular team at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust. She has over 18 years’ experience in the NHS as a nurse. Joining the Walton centre in 2013, Cathy found her passion in caring for patients with neurological conditions. Cathy has been in her current position of Neuromuscular nurse since 2018. Her Role includes providing treatment, education, support, and advice within the neuromuscular service. Her specialist interests are CIDP and Myasthenia Gravis. She is chair of the newly formed group Inflammatory neuropathy nurse group INN UK and a member of the BPNS. Cathy completed her MSC in Advanced clinical practice at the end of 2024.
