About Stepping Up to Wellness 5k/1 Mile Run/Walk
Registration for the 2019 Stepping Up to Wellness Run/Walk is now closed. Even though registration is closed, you are still able to make donations to support your team!
For those that registered for the race, Packet Pickup will be at the Cancer Wellness Center on Friday, April 26th, from 10 am to 3 pm, and Saturday, April 27th, from 10 am to 12 pm. If you are unable to make it to either of these pickup times, you are able to pickup onsite prior to the race on Sunday.
Join us for the 2019 Cancer Wellness Center Stepping Up to Wellness 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, April 28th, at Independence Grove in Libertyville.
The schedule of events is:
7:30 am - Onsite Registration Begins
8:45 am - Opening Program/Warm up
9:00 am - Republic Bank 5K Run/Walk
9:10 am - 1 Mile Family Walk
*All registered participants will receive a dri-fit t-shirt.

Signing up is Easy!
Register as an individual walker or runner, join an existing team, or create a team of your own by clicking on the Get Involved tab.
Once you are registered, a personal fundraising page will automatically be created for you. Customize your page with photos and your personal story as to why the Cancer Wellness Center has made a difference in your life or the life of someone you love. Then, share your page with your friends and invite them to join!

Grab your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and more and start a team. Our goal for the 2019 event is 70 Teams. Please help us reach that milestone while getting everyone together to come out, have fun, and help raise much needed funds for a great cause.
*For those that have created teams in the past, you will need to re-add your team when registering.
Can't Attend the Event?
Not a problem! You can still make a difference in the lives of those facing cancer by participating as a Virtual Walker, as part of our Fan Club Section, or making a donation to the event.

The Cancer Wellness Center helps people live better while living with cancer by providing support services, wellness programs, and educational resources. All programs and services are FREE of charge.
