2023 Jordan YMCA Cycle-a-thon

This my fourth year leading Cycle-A-Thon at Jordan and I’ve been teaching RPM at the YMCA for just as long. I love leading our members through workouts that are tough but also so fun that they forget how hard they’re actually working. My proudest moments are when I see you challenging yourself and then saying you’re glad you came to class. I’m happy when you’re happy. 

If I’ve learned anything in the last few years, it’s how important the YMCA is to me personally and our community. I’m excited to be part of an event that provides the connection, resources, and chance at a healthier life – mentally and physically – in Indianapolis.
