Life on Our Bikes

I, Angelia, was born in Norman, OK and lived in St. Louis and Guam before my family settled in Springfield, IL.  In 1996 I began teaching strength training at the Jordan Y and cycling in 2000.

A runner all my athletic life I was invited by John to ride on his tandem in the Hilly 100 about a year after we met at the Jordan Y.  Immediately after that I bought a Specialized Allez road bike and began riding seriously. 

Where once John was the faster rider he is now most often found drafting in my slipstream!     

I, John, was born and raised in Logansport, IN.  Began as a cycle instructor at Jordan Y in 1997.

Angelia and I have ridden roads and trails in IN, KY, OH, IL, MI, WI, MO, TN, GA, SC, FL, WV, VA, KS, CO, UT, MT, WA, CA, NH, MA, HI, and British Columbia.
