2023 Ransburg Cycle-a-thon

Join your YMCA friends at the Ransburg YMCA as we host our 7th annual Cycle-a-Thon along with all the Y's in Greater Indianapolis. 

Info about Amy 

Amy is a dedicated YMCA member and staff. Her three children, ages 26, 23, and 20, all grew up at the Y with swim lessons and hung out in child care while she worked out. She started teaching at the Y 25 years ago with gymnastics, then switched to step classes then to cycle (around 12 yrs ago). She has built 30+ playlist and thinks that music should be the focal point of her classes. She believes it really sets the mood and can motivate people to work harder and have fun!
