Frequently Asked Questions 

Q: What time do the races start?

A: Each race will start at a different time in hopes that everyone gets back to Riverview in time for lunch! 
65km starts at 8:30a.m.
20km starts at 10:00 a.m.
5km starts at10:30 a.m.

Q: What if I get lost?
A: We hope this doesn't happen! We have route signage throughout the race, and maps,  that can help you get back to Riverview. You can also call 204-582-2226 if you need assistance. 

Q: Will I receive a tax receipt?
A: Yes you will! All registration fees are considered donations. So if you will be paying the $200, or fundraising, tax receipts are available.

Q: Can I register my entire team?
A: Yes you can. However, please note that if you are registering team members, and completing the payment option, your registration receipt and tax receipt will be under one name, and we are unable to split that in our system at that point. If each person on your team would like to receive their own registration receipt and tax receipt, they must register themselves. 

Q: Do I need to wear a helmet?
A: Yes! All riders are required to wear a helmet, regardless of the race they are registered for. This is stated in our waiver and it will be enforced day of. If you choose to remove the helmet during the ride, Riverview Health Centre Foundation is not liable for any injuries occured.
