Our Story
Hi, I’m Caden Campolmi! Welcome to our website for the 2022 Dream Relays Fundraiser. This is ATOM's second year hosting this fundraiser and we can’t wait to see all of your faces again at the relays, and hopefully a lot of new faces.
Unfortunately, the day before last year's event, my brother, Jackson Campolmi (19, Dup15Q) passed away. This year’s event will not only support and raise money for Dream on 3, but also honor his memory and his joy. You can watch his Dream video down below.
Dream on 3 is an organization close to our hearts, sending Jackson on an amazing skiing dream with our family. Dream on 3 continues to grant incredible sports opportunities to so many young and joyful kids. Our aim is to support Dream on 3, and to help make more amazing dreams come true for kids like Jackson.

Get In The Huddle
Dream On 3 creates sports-themed experiences for those, ages 5-21, who are living with a life-altering condition.
These sports dreams come to life by customizing V.I.P. experiences with a favorite athlete, sports team, or sporting event.
The organization was built on the concept of the sports huddle... all hands in! They believe that by bringing the healthcare, business and sports communities together, we can work together as one team and make the impossible possible.
