- My name is James Harper. I swim for the Aquatic Team of Mecklenburg (ATOM). Dream On 3 has touched my heart and the families around me. I am incredibly excited and honored to now work with this organization to further my involvement with the communities around me and to potentially touch others’ hearts like this organization has touched mine. I will be leading a team to honor the memory of Jackson Campolmi, my friend Caden’s older brother.
- Hi, I’m William Campbell. Alongside Caden, I swim for ATOM. Ever since I heard about Dream On 3 from Caden, I have been touched by the amazing impact that they have on the kids. I am incredibly honored to be able to help out this amazing corporation. My hope is that my work with the other leaders will aid Dream On 3 in their pursuit to fulfill more dreams like Jackson’s.

This organization helps dreams come true and I want to do everything I can to help bring joy to the kids. I love the great impact Dream on 3 has and I can’t wait to help this amazing organization.
- My name is Lila Connor and I swim for ATOM. I am very excited to participate as a leader this year so more people can learn about Dream on 3. I am going to do everything in my power to help bring happiness to the kids in the Dream on 3 program. I am looking forward to making an impact on the Dream on 3 program.
- My name is Nick Chow. I swim for ATOM and I am super excited to work with Dream on 3 again this year! I am honored to be able to work with this great organization and team of leaders to help make sports dreams come true for children with chronic illnesses, developmental & intellectual disabilities, or life-altering conditions through my passion, swimming while also honoring the memory of Jackson Campolmi.
- Hi I’m Eleanor, I swim on ATOM along with Caden and many other leaders. I am excited to work with other swim teams in North Carolina to help expand the reach of the Dream on 3 mission. Knowing that we’re helping others make memories and have amazing experiences is why I am so excited to be a part of this team. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to make these kids' dreams come true just like they did for Cadens older brother Jackson.
- My name is Nate Hohm and I’m a leader for this year's dream relays! I’m 15 years old and swim for ATOM. This is my 2nd year being a leader and I’m excited to be working with and supporting Dream On 3 again!
- My name is Sarah Virkler and this is my first year being a part of the Dream on 3 team! Along with many of the other Dream on 3 leaders I swim for ATOM. After learning about Dream on 3 and how much it has already accomplished, I am thrilled to be able to work with and support this amazing organization to make an impact on children’s lives and help fulfill their dream.
- Hello, I’m Stella Akins! I am 17 years old and a former ATOM swimmer. I’m thrilled to work with this amazing group of leaders, along with other swimmers to support Dream On 3! After seeing the impact of last year's event, and being able to witness the experiences that Dream On 3 can provide, I am excited to see what we can accomplish this year!
