The 11th Annual Sled for Red is on & it is VIRTUAL!!!


Grab your team and your leftover holiday cardboard, add a little duct tape and some paint, and you are ready to race downhill at Four Seasons Ski Center!   

Some of the rules may have changed, but the winter fun will still include awards and a few surprises!  Work virtually with friends, family, and coworkers to raise funds for the clients of ACR Health.  

 

What's new?


-The Main Event where we all come together for a one-hour online/virtual program to watch all teams compete, meet our sponsors, learn about lifesaving ACR Health programming and celebrate our award winners! Remember, you MUST register to receive a secure link to participate. 


-No team member limit to get to your $250 fundraising minimum! 

-This year, we have a themed design competition"Home is Where the Heart Is", create a sled that reflects the ways in which we have all adapted to spending more time at home Think housing, home, or shelter in place….anything from the dog house to the dining room table. 

-Individual races!  We can’t race together, but we invite each sled to come to Four Seasons on Saturdays, February 13 or 20, 5-7pm to complete a solo run down the hill.  Each sled will be inspected and your sled run will be timed for the competition. You must register for a time slot here to maintain COVID safety guidelines.  COVID guidelines strictly enforced at Four Seasons.  Final winners announced during the virtual event on Saturday, February 27, 4-5pm. 


Just not ready to venture out?Register for our Snow Person Contest here. $10 per entry.  Compete for the Fans Favorite award.  

Get your tubing passes as soon as your team raises $250.  Use them the day of your race or by the end of the season.

-Easy Team Online Fundraising that keeps you connected to your team members! 

-Enjoy your S’Mores at the Four Seasons Ski Center or take them to go! Courtesy of Wegmans. 

-Witty Wicks returns as our Small Business Heat Sponsor, where small businesses have their $250 registration fee waived and the ability to promote their business using their sled.  Fastest Seld, Top Fundraising Team & Best Design are awarded in this subcategory of the derby. 

-Wintry Drink Competition can be tasted and voted on at individual participating restaurants, click here for more details.  

-Fun for the whole “QuarenTEAM”… Find the hidden medallion, sponsored by Colonial Laundromat and win $100 CASHCheck the Official “Sled for RED” Facebook Page for medallion clues. 

Not a derby daredevil?  Join the fun with $15 snow tubing passes each Thursday in February 5-8pm.  Purchase here.  You must bring the PRINTED receipt to Four Seasons to redeem.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit ACR Health.  

 

Don’t forget- you can build a sled with a team – just take turns!!
