1. Register Your Drive by December 1 - Our team will reach out to confirm your drive and share the Donation Drive Toolkit.
2. Plan Your Drive - Review the GHWYL Wish List, decide what items you want to collect, and set goals. Housing Assistance can only accept new, unopened items for our clients.
3. Start Your Drive - Collect items anytime leading up to December 10. Coordinate your own collection or invite your supporters to deliver donations during the GHWYL Collection & Celebration (12/10).

1. Complete this form to confirm your donation details (delivery, quantity, value).
2. Submit your form by Wednesday, December 10th by email to events@haconcapecod.org or deliver in person to Housing Assistance's Hyannis Office at 255 Independence Drive, Hyannis.
3. Our team will be in touch! We will confirm your gift(s) and confirm next steps. We appreciate your generous consideration!

Donate Online - Click the green 'Make a Donation' buttons throughout our online campaign to process your online donation.
Pay by Cash/Check - Complete the Donation Form (Download PDF) and submit the form along with your payment to Housing Assistance's Hyannis Office at 255 Independence Drive.
Cash - Please do not mail cash. Donors are welcome to bring cash gifts to the event on 12/10 or drop-off in person at our Hyannis Office.
Checks - Payment should be made out to Housing Assistance Corporation "HAC" with Give Hope and/or Team Name in the memo line.
Collecting Online Donations - Share the link to your online fundraiser and invite your supporters to donate online.
Collecting Cash/Checks - If/when a donor prefers to donate offline (aka pay by cash or check) ask them to complete the Donation Form (Download PDF) to capture their gift details.
Submit Cash/Check Donations - Fundraisers are asked to track offline donations (cash/check) using the Donation Tracking Form (Download PDF). This form helps our staff reconcile submitted gifts to ensure that all donations are accounted for. Additionally, we make sure each fundraiser receives credit towards their online fundraising goal.

Drop-off In-Person to: Hyannis office hours are M-F from 9 AM to 5 PM.
