Volunteers are essential to making the Great Teddy Bear Run (GTBR) possible. With so many participants each year, our dedicated team works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly- and we can’t do it without your help!

The 26th Annual Great Teddy Bear Run will take place on April 25th, 2026. This amazing event would not be possible without volunteers who help assist the day before and day of the event. Depending on the activity you volunteer for, you may have a different location than other volunteers. 

In your registration, you should see a time and location for the specific volunteer shift you chose. Each location (Justice Center & Harley Davidson BG) will have a Lead Volunteer who will be able to answer any last-minute questions. All morning volunteer opportunities will take place at the Justice Center in Warren County. Please refer to the map on the main page for road closures when arriving to volunteer.

Afternoon time slots will be held at Harley-Davidson of Bowling Green. Please refer to the map on the main page for road closures when arriving to volunteer.
