Thursday, April 16th
4p-7p - Opening Ceremony at 1972 Pub
Our Packet Pick Up and Opening Ceremony will be from 4p to 7p at 1972 Pub. We'll have a 1st year Rider Orientation at 5:20p and will announce our E-Bike Raffle winner at 6:00p. We'll have details about the routes, weather and expectations after that. You are allowed to pick up a packet for your friend if they cannot make it.
Friday, April 17th
11a-3p - Back Up Packet Pickup - Trek Bikes off South Lamar

Saturday, April 18th
6a - Parking opens at Krause Springs and the last Packet Pickup starts
6a - Breakfast Starts
8a - The 75 Mile Riders Start
8:30a - The 45 Mile Riders Start
9:30a - The 27 Mile Riders Start
10:00a - The 12 Mile Riders Start
12:00p - First Riders start coming in.
12:00p - Lunch Starts
3:30p - The final riders cross the finish line
3:45p - Closing Ceremonies and Awards

Our teams and beneficiaries have a ton of events planned for this coming year, so please add eli@hillcountryride.org to your contact list, so that you can stay informed on everything that we have going on. Ask anyone who has been a part of this ride before...the more you lean into our "Community of Kindness", the more fulfilling your experience will be. If you have questions about the minimum fundraising goal ($250 for first-time riders, $500 for returning riders) and where the money goes, click here.
