What to Bring​​

  • Running/Hiking Gear
  • Layered clothing for temperature changes during the day
  • Change of clothes, towel and shampoo. (showers are available at the finish line)

    Water, electrolyte replacement drinks, and an assortment of snacks will be provided at regular intervals along the course and indicated on your course map.
